Next to my Green Smoothies, this is my absolutely favorite breakfast treat. It is so simple to make and yet packs a satisfying, nourishing punch. And when you make it with the spiralizer, it becomes that much more of a treat!

1. Take two slices of Raisin Bread and toast them. I like to use Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Sprouted Grain Bread which is high in fiber, diabetic friendly, and vegan.
2. Add some nut butter. I like Almond Butter, crunchy or creamy, whichever is on hand, but you may also use peanut or other nut butter.

3. Crank up your spiralizer with the flat blade to make some apple ribbons, and pile them on your toast. Whatever won't fit on the toast, I usually just sprinkle with cinnamon and eat straight off of the plate!
4. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and you have a fast, nourishing, tasty breakfast treat - which also can double as a mid-day snack!
5. Savor and Enjoy!
